Returns Policy

RETURNS

Primal Threads handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation. Primal Threads has a 14 day return policy. Please email Primal Threads at hello@primalthreads.com.au, within 14 days, with the following information: 

 

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Date of purchase
  • Proof of purchase
  • What garment/s you are returning
  • A valid reason for return (valid reasons for return of good may include; faulty/damaged goods, or goods with a faulty / incorrect print)
  • Photos of the garment/s


We do not accept returns for change of mind on garments, colours or incorrect size choices. Items must be in like-new condition to be eligible for return.


Please examine your designs carefully and correct any mistakes prior to placing your order. Primal Threads does not proof documents created by its customers prior to processing.  Any orders that are approved and paid for by the customer are considered to be permitted to proceed, and order changes made after this time are not guaranteed to be processed.


No returns on sale items. 


If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. 


Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of Primal Threads.

Once Primal Threads has confirmed that you are eligible for a refund/reprint, post your faulty garments/items to:

Shipping Charges on Returned Products


All shipping charges for returning products to Primal Threads must be paid by the returnee. Primal Threads do not reimburse shipping charges.  In cases where Primal Threads agrees to organize the return, the customer must place the item in secure packaging and include Primal Threads return address (as above).
